Course Fee and Absentee Payroll Funding are available for employers who sponsor employees for training.
Course Fee Funding:
Up to 90% subsidy for courses offered by SSG-appointed CET centres and certifiable courses approved by SSG.
For courses commencing after 1 Jan 2022, up to 90% for courses offered by SSG-appionted CET centres and up to 70% subsidy for certifiable courses approved by SSG.
Absentee Payroll Funding:
Absentee Payroll hourly rate at 80% of basic salary, capped at $7.50 per hour.
For courses commencing after 1 Jan 2022, Absentee Payroll rate standardised at $4.50 per hour. Enterprise-level Absentee Payroll funding will be capped at $100,000 per calendar year.

The SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy is for Singaporeans aged 40 years old and above.
Eligible individuals will receive higher subsidies of up to 90% of course fees for SSG-supported courses, and at least 90% of programme cost for MOE-subsidised full-time and part-time courses ranging from Nitec to postgraduate level in the following institutions.

Enterprises (SMEs and non-SMEs) in the (1) tourism, (2) air transport, (3) retail, (4) food and beverage (F&B), (5) point-to-point transport and private hire bus transport, (6) arts & culture, (7) aerospace, and (8) marine & offshore sectors, would be eligible for the Enhanced Training Support Package (ETSP), comprising enhanced Absentee Payroll (AP) funding rate and enhanced course fee subsidies.
Companies in the selected sectors will enjoy enhanced course fee subsidies at up to 90% of course fees for selected sector-specific programmes. Companies in all sectors will be eligible for absentee payroll funding at 80% of hourly basic salary, capped at $7.50 per hour.

P-Max is a Place-and-Train Programme that aims to:
Participating SMEs can also enjoy up to 90% course fee subsidy for PMET, SME training workshops and Age Management workshop (applicable for P-Max for Older Worker only), while eligible SMEs will receive a one-time $5,000 Assistance Grant or $10,000 Assistance Grant (P-Max for Older Workers only) upon completion of the Programme and six month retention of the newly hired PMET(s).

The SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) encourages employers to invest in enterprise transformation and capabilities of their employees. Eligible employers will receive a one-off S$10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs for supportable initiatives, over and above the support levels of existing schemes.
What does SFEC support?
To encourage employers to train and upskill their workers, S$3,000 of the credit should be used for workforce transformation programmes and employers can only use up to S$7,000 for enterprise transformation. There is no cap on the amount that can be used for workforce transformation.

The CTP aims to improve local-foreign workforce complementarity, by facilitating transfer of capabilities from foreign specialists to locals with the objectives of encouraging:
Funding support for the CTP can include components such as attachment-related costs and salary support for foreign and local specialists, as well as Singaporean trainees on overseas attachments to acquire new capabilities. In the case of industry-wide projects, funding for equipment cost and venue cost may also be considered on a case-by-case basis. Support levels will be determined by Workforce Singapore (WSG) in consultation with relevant sector agencies, on a co-funding basis where applicable, to ensure that companies, associations or professional bodies involved in the projects remain committed in their efforts to drive capability transfer at the company or industry level.

Career Trial aims to encourage jobseekers and employers who are unsure about the job fit to go through a short-term trial before considering formal employment.
How does it work?
Employers will need to post the hiring position on MyCareersFuture and submit Career Trial activities plan for the trial duration, for approval to be a host employer.
