10:40am - 11:40am | Panel Discussion: Prevent Food Poisoning Outbreaks with Food Testing
Panelists: Eunice Ng (Technical Director, Ugene Lab), Sng Mui Tiang (Div. Director, Setsco), Tan Limien (BD Manager, Paclab)
Prominent local food testing laboratories including Ugene Lab, Setsco and Paclab will share their perspectives on the recent food poisoning outbreak and how it can be mitigated with adequate food safety testing. Participants will gain insights into how food testing services can support food companies in fulfilling regulatory requirements and demands of the Nutri-Grade, nutritional labeling, and healthier choice programmes.
