Synopsis

How can you protect your company from supply chain disruptions? Are you prepared to maintain business functions during times of uncertainty?

In collaboration with BCP Asia and Centre of Innovation – Supply Chain Management (COI-SCM), SFMA and EnterpriseSG bring to you a seminar on how to strengthen enterprise resilience for Food Manufacturers (FM). Through this seminar, companies will learn about Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and how it can support companies in addressing challenges and disruptions in the FM industry. Attendees will also get an exclusive tour of COI-SCM’s lab and experience first-hand how different technology adoption, digitalisation and process innovation can be utilised to improve their company’s supply chain.

Speakers

BCP Aisa: Henry Ee, Managing Director BCP Asia
Having been in the business continuity and resilience industry profession for more than 25 years, Henry has actively contributed to the industry’s wider understanding in business continuity, risk management and related disciplines. To date, he has implemented more than 400 projects and trained more than 7000 professionals across Financial, Information Technology, Logistics, Manufacturing, Transportation, Telecommunication and Healthcare industries from around Asia. Henry is currently appointed as the Chairman for the BCI Singapore Chapter and as the Vice President for RIMAS. Henry is also a working group member of the Public-Private Partnership in UNDRR since 2016, looking into Disaster Risk Management in the region.

The Centre of Innovation for Supply Chain Management (COI-SCM) was jointly set up by Enterprise Singapore, the Economic Development Board and Republic Polytechnic in 2012. It champions supply chain excellence for Singapore-based companies through innovation and process re-engineering, adoption of technology and project-based capability programmes to deepen supply chain expertise.
